"I had dealt with acne for several years as a teenager,
but it never got so out of hand that I had to try any
treatments. It was simply a pimple here, a pimple there.
When I entered into my twenties I found that the acne
continued. I had long since gone through puberty and
knew there had to be another source to my problem. I
had seen many web sites, including this one, that mentioned
diet can be a cause, while some sites I visited said
it could not be. I had to wonder. I cut back on consumption
of a number of foods including take out, and excess
sugar, and within no time my acne had cleared up. For
me diet was a definite issue with acne"
